The clocks go back on Sunday morning, which brings us to that time of year most people dread – where you are getting up in the dark and coming home in the dark, which can cause SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder see link below). The Lumie Bodyclock can help combat the effects of SAD, using gradual light to wake you up and send you off to sleep.
General poor sleep also has an impact on your health and wellbeing, it seems to be a subject many people are talking about at the moment. The Lumie Bodyclock can help relax you at bedtime by imitating sunset and the gorgeous aromatherapy option on the Lumie also helps you to nod off!
They have literally just reviewed the Lumie Bodyclock on This Morning, advertised at £160, well we’re giving you money off the RRP!!! Carry on reading…

I decided to treat myself to one of these fantastic machines a few weeks ago. I’d seen something similar in a department store a few years ago and had always wanted to try it, as I really suffer with getting up in the dark, it tends to make me feel groggy and tired. Whereas in the summer I naturally wake up as the sun comes up and although that is a good couple of hours earlier than in the winter, I still felt more energised.
With the Lumie Bodyclock you set what time you want to wake up (just like an alarm clock) and it gradually increases the brightness of the light, imitating sunrise, which wakes you up very gently. Not only that, and this is why I love this product over other options, you can add aromatherapy oils to the Lumie Bodyclock and set it to diffuse uplifting vapour in the morning and relaxing vapour in the evening, not only does it help to energise or relax you, it also makes your bedroom smell lush!
