Time to lose a few pounds and cleanse the system – I’m taking on the Jason Vale 5lb in 5 Days Juice Challenge!  That is literally NO solid food for 5 days, just 4 juices a day, all designed by Jason Vale the #JuiceMaster!  I am putting all my faith in him that I can survive without “normal” food for 5 days.  Am I relishing the idea?  No I’m not!  However, if you know Lucy you will understand why it probably isn’t something she needs to do, whereas Mr Teear thought it was a great idea for the more unfit and heavier one of the pair of us to act as guinea pig, in fairness I can’t disagree with either of those points!
