Rather than sitting in doors all over the Christmas holidays, eating all the left overs and mounds of chocolate, why don’t you plan a day out, you can still eat, drink and be merry!

Hogwarts in the Snow
Until 31st January 2016 – Pre-booking is essential.
Plan a very magical festive day out – winter has arrived at Hogwarts. Glittering Christmas trees line the Great Hall and a replica festive feast, complete with flaming Christmas puddings, is laid out on the long tables. Special-effects fires roar in the fireplaces, the Gryffindor common room is filled with festive treats and the detailedcastle model is covered in a special blanket of snow.

Open everyday until 3rd January 2016 – 10 am to 10 pm and FREE entry – although some activities inside require tickets, so take a look at the link below and pre-book.

Christmas With The Stars: Paul Potts and supporting cast – City Hall, Cardiff, Sunday 13th December, 7 pm – sounds like a night to remember!
Winter Wonderland and Ice Kingdom – Civic Centre, Cardiff, Thursday 12th November to Sunday 3rd January. As in previous years, Winter Wonderland will be home to fairground rides, open-air ice skating and an Alpine Village, selling food and drink. New this year is an Ice Kingdom, an awe-inspiring walk through a fantastical world of real ice.
We will include all the London events for our friends in High Wycombe and the Chilterns, after all it’s only a short train or car ride away but for the little one’s, as Christmas is all about them, have a look at the link below. Unfortunately there were quite a few events in November we’ve missed but there are also plenty in December to keep the little cherubs occupied.
