Hello my name’s Lucy and I’ve an aloe vera drinking habit!

Actually, Teear does think I have a problem and a slightly strange one… I need a morning fix of ‘Aloe Vera’ the gloppy yellow stuff and if missed can get little twitchy! But with good reason as definitely feel the benefit. Probably because it contains over 200 compounds and offers a rich source of nutrients, all designed to support a healthy lifestyle. With the issues experienced after pumping my system full of chemo (life saving granted and most grateful too NHS), it did nothing for the complexion. Then with the subsequent menopause my gut needs all the help it can get!

I’m a believer in and becoming more and more convinced in what you put into your system (gut) not only reflects on your external appearance but will also boost your energy levels. Therefore you need to invest in the right fuel to ensure you’re looking and feeling your best. Hence choosing “Forever Living” gel which is manufactured to be of highest quality. The plants are grown on privately owned plantations without the use of herbicides and pesticides and the gel is taken directly from the centre of the leaf (basically the good stuff).

I’ll be honest it is an acquired taste, which personally I don’t mind but admit to having a rather strange palate and enjoy weird and wonderful tasting things! The good news is that if you’re a little more sensitive to flavours but like the idea of the nutrients there are alternatives in the range such as  “Aloe Berry Nectar” or “Bits N Peaches” both taste really nice, especially berry flavour… I know, I know, but trust me on this, I’ve tested on others and if my 21yr old son will drink it then it really is palatable!

If you’re active, or sporty then Forever Freedom could be just what you’re looking for…

Forever Freedom is a breakthrough formula and has combined the most complete range of nutrients on the market today. Essential for the maintenance of healthy joint function and mobility. This tremendous combination drink maintains healthy joints and flexibility. Forever has married the rich nutrients of the stabilised aloe vera gel with glucosamine sulphate, chondroitin sulphate, methylsulphonylmethane (MSM), ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and tocopherol (vitamin E).

Glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin sulphate are two natural substances that help maintain the structure and health of cartilage. Keeping this natural ‘shock absorber’ well hydrated and the lubricating fluid within the joint at the necessary viscosity to allow one surface to glide freely over the other. As the body ages it looses its ability to produce healthy cartilage which makes it susceptible to wear and tear. Especially in women, making this form of supplementation hugely beneficial.

Suggested Use:

Shake well – The recommended dose is 60 -120ml – Unless particularly rundown I take a 60ml slug each morning usually before eating breakfast. This seems to do the trick, and a bottle will last me about 3wks so that equates to about £7 a week…  I’d spend more than that on wine so for me it’s a cracking investment.

Forever Living offers an unconditional 60-day money back guarantee on all its products. If you don’t get along with it after 60 days or can’t feel the benefits we’ll refund your investment…. Nothing to lose by giving it go hey?

Bottoms up!!!

I’m also an avid Aloe Vera drinker, having being diagnosed with an under active thyroid and a very low iron count I ended up with alopecia areata a condition that results in you losing patches of hair, along with other treatment I started drinking the Aloe Vera and have never stopped in over 5yrs it is very good for your immune system and I very rarely get ill. I would truly recommend that people give it a go.
